How do I place an order?
Shop online or in-store — our shops are STOCKED with swag. Add your favorites to cart, check out, and boom you’re on your way to repping CYM!!
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders move fast around here, so while we can’t guarantee any changes or cancellations to orders once they have been placed, send an email to: scm.CYMD@premierpress.com for any questions or inquiries on your order. Please be sure to include your order number and what needs to be changed!
SHIPPING
How do orders ship and how long does shipping take?
Orders take approximately 2-3 days to be processed and then are shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipping typically takes 3-6 business days.
How much are taxes and shipping?
Shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout.
Where do you ship?
We ship across all 50 states, including Hawaii and Alaska! For international shipping requests, please reach out to scm.CYMD@premierpress.com.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What happens if the item I ordered doesn’t fit, or arrives damaged/wrong?
If you’re not satisfied, we want to make things right! Email us at: scm.CYMD@premierpress.com. Please include your order number along with a brief description of your situation. If you received damaged or incorrect items, please include photos of the items.
